Service communautaire

Golden Fleece Foundation
Established in 1971 by Paul Hottlet (RT Antwerp 2), the Golden Fleece Foundation is Round Table Belgium’s highest community service award.
Funded by Belgian Tablers and private donors, the €3,000 prize is awarded annually to a World Council club that has made an outstanding contribution to its community — financially or through personal effort.
The award both recognizes past achievements and encourages continued impact, and is presented at the World Council AGM.
Projet Sandwich
The Sandwich Project is a national action where every RTB Table replaces one official dinner with simple sandwiches — and donates the meal’s value (€23 per Tabler) to a common fund.
This fund supports one or more major community service projects, selected annually by RTB members.
Each Table can propose a project, and the collected funds are allocated to those with proven continuity and impact.
A simple idea — but one that turns a shared meal into collective action for good.

Peyresq 2.0
Peyresq 2.0 is a meaningful annual initiative where one or more Tables partner with an association supporting disadvantaged youth. The project offers these young people a chance to step away from their daily challenges and experience a few days in a healthier, more inspiring environment — in Peyresq or elsewhere in Belgium.
Beyond the social impact, this action also strengthens RTB’s visibility and values.
Tables interested in leading the project submit their candidacy after the AGM, and the final selection takes place at the mid-AGM.
